The weld was broken on arrival, new piece was sent immediately unfortunately the dimensions of the top of the knight of the new one was different to the others so no longer a matches the other 3 which is a shame for the price I paid. We wanted a brass engraved plate for a framed original 46 star US flag to replace one of those cheap printed frame plates. The one we received was perfectly made and really completed the frame up of the flag. The company was wonderful to work with as well; good communication, made as many edits as we wanted until the mock up was perfect. They even cut a custom size, which can be done if you buy a bigger plate than the size you ultimately want. Five stars all around!!

I would purchase again. Great quality but you do pay for it. Excellent Customer Service! Shipping needs improvement though (Box wasn’t sturdy enough and the bubble wrap left marks on the front of the plaque). Also the mounting screws provided were far too short.
